Elliott Grover is an accomplished and seasoned culinary professional, having worked across some of the leading hotels and restaurants across London. Elliott played a pivotal role in the opening of Hix Soho and Hix Selfridges after the departure of Mark Hix from Caprice Holdings. Following this he has worked at some of the most celebrated culinary institutions such as Scott’s Mayfair, The Ned Hotel and Duck and Waffle, acting as executive and head chef.
Elliott was appointed Executive Chef at 45 Park Lane in 2022, working alongside renowned chef Wolfgang Puck at his celebrated restaurant, CUT. Since then, he has played a key role in enhancing the hotel’s culinary experience. For the past three years, Elliott has also showcased his skills internationally, cooking signature British dishes at the annual Governors Ball in Los Angeles alongside Wolfgang Puck. Most recently, Elliott was promoted to Culinary and Food & Beverage Operations Director at 45 Park Lane.
Elliott has made numerous television appearances, including several segments on Sky News discussing topics such as cooking at the Oscars and preparing the perfect Christmas dinner. He has also appeared as a guest chef on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen and ITV’s This Morning. In 2025, Elliott features as one of the professional chefs mentoring Jack Osbourne on Cooking with the Stars.
