Anna Richardson

Anna Richardson is a Sunday Times bestselling author, award-winning television presenter, journalist, and producer with over three decades of experience in British broadcasting. A trusted and familiar face on UK television, Anna is best known for her fearless presenting style, sharp wit, and ability to tackle both light-hearted and hard-hitting subjects with equal impact.

Anna began her career in production on Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast before quickly moving in front of the camera. She went on to host ITV’s Love Bites and the prime-time film series Big Screen, interviewing Hollywood A-listers and covering major red carpet events. She is now widely recognised for presenting a wide range of factual and entertainment shows, including Channel 4’s headline-making hit Naked Attraction.

As a trained journalist, Anna has fronted several powerful documentaries, including Are You Autistic?Revenge Porn, and The Truth About the Skinny Jab, earning acclaim for her sensitive and insightful approach. Behind the camera, she is an experienced Executive Producer, having developed and produced some of the UK’s most successful television formats for all major broadcasters.

Most recently, Anna co-produced and presented the deeply personal Channel 4 documentary Anna Richardson: Love, Loss & Dementia, created in association with the Alzheimer’s Society, for whom she is an official Ambassador.

Away from the screen, Anna is passionate about lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing. She is a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist, the author of two bestselling books on food and dieting, and the host of the award-nominated podcast It Can’t Just Be Me?, where she tackles life’s big questions with honesty and humour.
