David Navarro

David Navarro is a filmmaker, advocate, and influential voice in criminal justice reform, whose transformative journey began during a 10-year prison sentence. While incarcerated, he discovered his passion for storytelling through filmmaking, using a smuggled phone to teach himself the craft. Since his release, Navarro has channelled his experiences into impactful media projects aimed at deterring crime and humanising ex-offenders.   He founded a podcast (Delinquent Nation) interviewing former prisoners to share cautionary stories and inspire change....
